摘要
针对当前工程实践教学过程中存在的教学模块或工序间缺乏有效衔接、教学方法与组织形式缺乏创新、教学效果评价方法粗放等不足,从工程教育专业认证对高校人才培养的要求及用人单位的实际需求出发,以培养学生解决复杂工程问题的能力为导向,开展教学改革研究。深入挖掘现代工程实践教学丰富内涵,立足逆向工程实践教学模块,搭建现代制造综合实践教学平台;基于对若干具体复杂工程问题的分解和分析,针对不同学生群体定制化开发梯度式、多层次、模块化实践教学项目,从教学内容、教学模式、教学团队建设及管理考核机制等多维度出发,探讨依托项目式教学培养学生解决复杂工程问题能力的实践方法,为工程训练中心综合实践教学平台的建设及项目式驱动教学的实施提供参考与借鉴。
In view of the problems and deficiencies existing in the current engineering practice teaching,based on the training requirements of engineering education professional certification for college students and the actual needs of employers,teaching reform is carried out under the guidance of cultivating students' ability to solve complex engineering problems.We deeply excavate the rich connotation of modern engineering practice teaching,analyze the problems existing in the existing teaching mode.Based on the practical teaching module of reverse engineering,we build a comprehensive practical teaching platform of modern manufacturing;Based on the decomposition and analysis of some specific complex engineering problems,aiming at the customized development of multi-level,gradient and modular practical teaching projects for different student groups,this paper discusses the practical methods of cultivating students' ability to solve complex engineering problems according to the project-based practical teaching mode from the perspectives of teaching content,teaching mode,teaching team construction and management assessment mechanism.It provides reference for the construction of comprehensive practical teaching platform of engineering training center and the implementation of project driven teaching in the new era.
