摘要 新工科建设是高等教育对当前新一轮产业与科技变革所采取的重要行动,对于我国提升国家实力与世界竞争力具有重大意义。在“中国制造2025”的行动纲领指引下,构建了“一体三驱”创新创业人才培养体系,即以平台为支撑,以开设培训课程为载体,以竞赛、创新项目与科研训练为驱动,联合企业导师开展一系列创新创业项目活动,并提供产业化咨询与政策解读等指导服务。以培养创新能力和实践能力为核心,将理论与实际、学科交叉与视野开拓能力培养相结合,打造了从创新到创业一整套学生创新培养体系。 The construction of new engineering is an important action of higher education for the current new round of industrial and technological changes,which is of great significance for China to enhance its world competitiveness.Under the action plan of “Made in China 2025”,this paper studies the training system of “One Body Three Drives” innovation and entrepreneurship talents.With the opening of training courses as the carrier and driven by competition,innovation the platform supplies projects and scientific research training.Combining with enterprise tutors to carry out a series of innovation and entrepreneurship project activities,it provides guidance services such as industrial consultation and policy interpretation.With the cultivation of innovative ability and practical ability as the core,an innovative training system for students from innovation to entrepreneurship is created by combining theory with practice,interdisciplinary and vision development ability.
