摘要
发动机排放检测中心以支撑国家建设海洋强国、实现低排减碳为目标,依托动力与能源工程学院在船舶动力领域的科研优势与学科特色,服务于专业人才培养、基础科研创新和行业发展为己任,建立了新型船舶动力实验教学平台。通过将实验室管理体系认可和测试能力认证与大型仪器设备开放共享相结合,探索出一条实现教学科研平台向专业化、多元化拓展的新思路。实践证明,新的建设管理方法在提升人才教学培养质量及科研创新与成果转化的同时,促进了校企合作,为学科建设和船舶动力行业发展提供了有力支撑。
Harbin Engineering University Engine Emission Measurement Center aims to support the country to build a strong marine country and achieve low emission and carbon reduction.Relying on the scientific research advantages and disciplinary characteristics of the College of Power and Energy Engineering in the field of marine power,it serves the training of professional talents,basic scientific research innovation,and a new type of experimental teaching platform for marine power is established for the development needs of the industry.By combining the laboratory management system accreditation and testing capability certification with the open sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment,a new way of realizing the professional and diversified development of the teaching and research platform is explored.Practice has proved that the new construction management method not only promotes the quality of talent teaching and training,scientific research innovation and achievement transformation,but also deepens school-enterprise cooperation,provides strong support for discipline construction and the development of the marine power industry.
