To promote the energy efficiency of urban governance in Hongkou District of Shanghai This paper analyzes the current situation and trend of the development of smart city in Hongkou District of Shanghai,and puts forward the construction goal of city brain in line with the development of Hongkou District,focusing on the practical scheme and architecture of the digital operation of city brain in Hongkou District,as well as the data support provided for smart applications,to promote the construction of a new smart city in Hongkou District,this provides a reference for the construction and operation management of smart cities in other districts of Shanghai.
