摘要
本文以C_(5)馏分、双环戊二烯(DCPD)和C_(9)馏分为原料,采用两段热聚合成法进行共聚反应,制备了C_(5)/DCPD/C_(9)共聚石油树脂。首先以C_(5)馏分为原料,在温度240℃、压力5.5MPa的条件下,热聚合反应6h,得到碳五低聚物,再将碳五低聚物、双环戊二烯(DCPD)、C_(9)馏分三者的混合物,在压力0.45~0.5MPa、温度为245℃的条件下反应5~9h,得到色号为3.0#~4.0#的浅色石油树脂。
In this paper,C_(5)/DCPD/C_(9)copolymer petroleum resin was prepared by two-stage thermal polymerization with C_(5)fraction,dicyclopentadiene(DCPD)and C_(9)fraction as raw materials.Firstly,C_(5)fraction was used as raw material,which was polymerized for 6h under the conditions of temperature 240℃and pressure 5.5MPa to obtain C_(5)oligomer.Then,the mixture of C_(5)oligomer,dicyclopentadiene(DCPD)and C_(9)fraction was reacted for 5~9h under the conditions of pressure 0.45~0.5MPa and temperature 245℃to obtain light colored petroleum resin with color number 3.0#~4.0#.
