摘要
银纳米颗粒(AgNPs)是一种新型的功能纳米材料,具备独特的物理化学性质,具有尺寸小、抑菌活性高、生物相容性好等优点,在食品包装,医疗卫生、环境修复等领域得到了广泛应用。本文着重对银纳米颗粒的制备方法、抑菌机制及应用进行了综述。
Silver nanoparticles(Ag NPs)were a new functional nanomaterial in nanoscience and nanotechnology.Due to their unique physical and chemical properties,silver nanoparticles had the advantages of small size,high antibacterial activity and good biocompatibility,and were widely used in food packaging,medical and health care,environmental remediation and other fields.The preparation method,bacteriostatic mechanism and application of silver nanoparticles were reviewed in this paper.
