精馏塔进料系统水力学计算优化

摘要 在水力学计算上,精馏塔的进料管线输送的多为饱和态液体,在到达或者靠近下游塔器进料管口时会发生闪蒸,流体的相态变为气液两相流。本文借助Taitel-Dukler方法和微元法分析了精馏塔的进料过程,以期为精馏塔进料系统的设计优化和节能降耗提供参考。 During hydraulics calculation,the particularity of the rectification tower feeding line comparing to the normal line was that the liquid transported of the former one is mostly saturated liquid,which would flash when reached or approached the inlet nozzle of the downstream tower.In this paper,the Taitel-Dukler method and the micro-element method were used to analyze the feeding process of the rectification tower,which could provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the rectification tower feeding system and save energy.
