低共熔溶剂对菹草中黄酮、多酚和多糖类化合物的提取 被引量:1

Extraction of Flavonoids,Polyphenols Compounds and Polysaccharides from Submerged Plant Potamogeton crispus L.by Deep Eutectic Solvents

摘要 为了研究沉水植物菹草的新应用价值,实现生物资源的再利用,探究了一种绿色高效的天然低共熔溶剂(deep eutectic solvents, DESs)在不同含水量条件下对菹草中黄酮、多酚和多糖提取率的影响。结果表明,在油浴温度为60℃,加热回流提取1 h时,黄酮提取效率最高的溶剂是含水量40%的DESs;多糖提取效率最高的溶剂是含水量80%的DESs;多酚提取效率最高溶剂是含水量80%的DESs。由于多酚的存在状态受溶液pH的影响,进而影响萃取效果,萃取前调节pH多酚类化合物的提取率比未调节pH的提高了6.53倍。菹草中黄酮类化合物含量较高,多糖和多酚类化合物含量较低,可进一步开发菹草药用价值。 In order to study the new application value of submerged pant Potamogeton crispus L.and achieve the reuse of biological resources,the effect of a kind of green and efficient natural deep eutectic solvents(DESs)with different water content on the extraction efficiency of fla-vonoids,polyphenols,and polysaccharides from Potamogeton crispus L.was explored.The results showed that when the oil bath temperature was 60℃,heated and refluxed for 1 h,for flavonoid compounds,the solvent with the highest extraction efficiency was DESs with 40%water content.For polysaccharide compounds,the solvent with the highest extraction efficiency is DESs with 80%water content.For polyphenol com-pounds,DESs with 60%water content had the highest extraction efficiency.Since the presence of polyphenol compounds was affected by the pH of the solution,the extraction efficiency was affected.The extraction efficiency of polyphenol compounds with pH adjusted before extraction was 6.53 times higher than that without pH adjusted.The content of flavonoid in Potamogeton crispus L.is high,and the content of polysaccha-rides and polyphenols is low.The medicinal value of flavonoid in Potamogeton crispus L.can be further developed.
