摘要
为高效利用低品位硅钙质胶磷矿,对湖北荆门某磷矿进行了原矿工艺矿物学和浮选工艺参数优化研究。在磨矿细度≤0.074 mm粒级占99.3%,浮选温度35℃,正浮选粗选Na_(2)CO_(3)用量4.75 kg/t、水玻璃1.0 kg/t、TY 1.5 kg/t、MG-5为2.5 kg/t,反浮选粗选H_(2)SO_(4)用量35 kg/t、H_(3)PO_(4)用量3 kg/t的条件下,对原矿P_(2)O_(5)品位为17.1%的磷矿进行“正浮选一粗二精一扫反浮选一粗二扫”试验,获得了精矿P_(2)O_(5)品位为29.51%,回收率为77.12%的良好选矿指标。
In order to utilize low grade silica-calcite collophanite efficiently,the study of process mineralogy and flotation parameters optimiza-tion of phosphate ore from Jingmen,Hubei were carried out.Under the conditions of grinding fineness-0.074 mm size accounted for 99.3%,pulp temperature of 35℃,with Na_(2)CO_(3) at dosage of 4.75 kg/t,sodium silicateat dosage of 1.0 kg/t,TYat dosage of 1.5 kg/t,MG-5at dos-age of 2.5 kg/tin the positive flotation roughing process,and adding H_(2)SO_(4) at dosage of35kg/t,H_(3)PO_(4) at dosage of 3kg/t in the reverse flotation roughing process,moreover,with the process of direct flotation with one roughing-two cleaning-one scanning,and reverse flotation with one roughing two scanning on the phosphate ore with the raw P_(2)O_(5) grade of 17.1%,finally,a good beneficiation index with the concentrate with P_(2)O_(5) grade of 29.51% and recovery rate of 77.12% was obtained.
