摘要
对气相色谱法测定板栗中亚胺硫磷含量进行了不确定度评估。运用气相色谱法对板栗中亚胺硫磷含量进行测定,通过建立数学模型,确立测量过程中不确定度的分量及来源,计算合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。不确定性的主要来源是重复测量、亚胺硫磷标准工作曲线、FPD检测器和标准溶液配置等。当板栗中亚胺硫磷质量分数为0.14 mg/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.015 mg/kg(k=2)。该模型为气相色谱法测定板栗中亚胺硫磷质量分数的不确定度分析提供科学可靠的依据。
The uncertainty of determination of imiphos in Chinese chestnut by gas chromatography was evaluated.The content of imiphos in Chi-nese chestnut was determined by gas chromatography.By establishing a mathematical model,the components and sources of uncertainty in the measurement process were established,and the synthetic standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated.The main sources of uncertainty are repeated measurement,imiphos standard working curve,FPD detector and standard solution configuration.When the content of imiphos in chestnut was 0.14 mg/kg,the expanded uncertainty was 0.015 mg/kg(k=2).The model provides a scientific and reliable basis for the uncertainty analysis of the determination of imiphos in Chinese chestnut by gas chromatography.
