摘要
利用水浴恒温振荡法测定脱硫石膏中氯离子。水浴恒温振荡器代替磁力搅拌器,在温度控制上,水浴能更好地保证受热的均匀性;振荡能避免在浸提过程中的凝结,减少人为参与,提高浸提效率。通过实验得到水浴恒温振荡法测定氯离子含量的检出限,精密度,加标回收率和不确定度的评定。水浴恒温振荡法在精密度和准确度的前提下,提高工作效率,操作便捷。
The water bath constant temperature oscillation method is used to determine the chloride ions in flue gas desulfurization gypsum,and the water bath constant temperature oscillator replaces the magnetic stirrer,and the water bath can better ensure the uniformity of heating in terms of temperature control;Oscillation can avoid condensation in the leaching process,reduce human involvement,and improve leaching effi-ciency.The detection limit,precision,spike recovery and uncertainty of the chloride ion content determination by the constant temperature os-cillation method of water bath were obtained by experiment.Under the premise of precision and accuracy,the constant temperature oscillation method of water bath improves work efficiency and is convenient to operate.
