基于项目式学习的“红外光谱”教学设计——以不同品种茶叶成分的初步测定为例

摘要 以不同茶叶成分的初步测定为例,进行项目式教学。从文献的查阅、方案的设计,到项目实施及最终评价,都由学生负责。通过这种教学方式,学生了解并把握整个过程及每一个环节中的基本要求,巩固红外光谱知识,加强理论与实践相结合,提升化学核心素养。同时也为高等教育教学改革提供一条新的思路。 In this paper,the project teaching was carried out through the preliminary experimental determination of different tea components.Students are responsible for literature review,program design,project implementation and final evaluation.Through this teaching method,students can understand and grasp the basic requirements of the whole process and each link,consolidate the knowledge of infrared spectrosco-py,strengthen the combination of theory and practice,improve the core quality of chemistry,and at the same time provide a new idea for higher education teaching reform.
