摘要 【目的】为了解决河南工业贸易职业学院电气自动化技术专业人才培养过程中存在的人才培养定位不清晰、培养目标“单一化”等问题。【方法】笔者结合学校服务中原区域经济的发展定位和新工科建设需求,提出了“行业+企业+专业+岗位”的人才培养模式,确立了人才培养“升本、就业、创业”的培养目标,探讨了该专业面向智能电网方向的专业特色,构建了新工科背景下的专业课程群,详细论述了该人才培养模式改革的实施过程及实施方法。【结果】解决了新工科背景下河南工业贸易职业学院传统电气自动化技术专业升级改造的瓶颈,打造了新兴产业下面向智能制造的电气自动化技术人才培养模式,以期为其他同类高校电气自动化技术专业的人才培养和教学改革提供参考与借鉴。 [Objective]In order to solve the problems of unclear talent cultivation positioning and“single”training objectives in the process of talent cultivation in the electrical automation technology major of Henan Industry and Trade Vocational College.[Method]Based on the development positioning of the school in serving the economy of the Central Plains region and the demand for new engineering construction,the author proposed a talent training model of“industry+enterprise+profession+position”,established the training objectives of“upgrading,employment,and entrepreneurship”for talent training,explored the professional characteristics of this major in the direction of smart grids,and constructed a professional course group under the background of new engineering.The implementation process and methods of the reform of the talent cultivation model were discussed in detail.[Result]The bottleneck of upgrading and transforming the traditional electrical automation technology major of Henan Industry and Trade Vocational College under the background of new engineering has been solved,and a talent training model for electrical automation technology in intelligent manufacturing has been created under the emerging industry,with the aim of providing reference for the talent training and teaching reform of electrical automation technology majors in other similar universities.
