质量管理工作的成效离不开基层,近年来,中南电力设计院的一线基层科室运用信息化等手段进行了一系列质量管理创新尝试,取得了不错的效果。随着公司EPC项目营收占比持续增大,工程总承包项目质量管理面临越来越多挑战的同时也出现了更多的良好经验做法。对基层质量管理、总承包项目质量管理工作中的创新方法和经验进行探讨,为其他单位开展类似工作提供参考。

The effectiveness of quality management cannot be separated from the grass-roots level.In recent years,the front-line grass-roots departments of CSEPDI have made a series of innovative attempts in quality management by means of information technology,and have achieved good results.As the proportion of the company's EPC project revenue continues to increase,the quality management of the EPC project also faces more and more challenges.There are also more good experiences and practices in the on-site quality management of the EPC project.This paper discusses the innovative methods and experiences in the grass-roots quality management and the quality management of the EPC project,providing reference and reference for other units to carry out similar work.
