摘要
为提升数字化培训效果,通过对数字化技术应用于培训业务的优缺点分析,结合D公司电力行业管理人才培养培训案例,研究线上线下融合的OMO教学模式的实施过程并分析培训效果,总结学习动机理论在OMO教学模式中应用,形成OMO教学模式下的创新型学习方法。
In order to improve the effectiveness of digital training,this paper will address the implementation process and the training effect of the OMO(short for Online Merge Offline)teaching model and then summarize the application of Learning Motivation Theory in the OMO teaching model and form an innovative learning method under the OMO teaching model.The case of training provided for the management talents of D company in Power Industry will be illustrated to analyze the pros and cons of the application of digital technology in training business.
