摘要 海底电缆是海上风电系统的重要组成部分。研究基于声学方法的海底电缆敷设质量检测,综合应用多波束系统、侧扫声呐、浅地层剖面仪对海底电缆的路径、埋深进行检测,能及时发现敷设施工的质量缺陷,与投运后的检测相比,具有检测时效性高,消缺成本低的优势。经工程实践验证,该方法可靠有效,可为海上风电建设提供有力的质量控制支撑。 Submarine cable is an important part of offshore wind power system.This paper studies the quality inspection of submarine cable laying based on acoustic method,and comprehensively applies multi-beam system,side scan sonar and shallow layer profiler to inspect the path and buried depth of submarine cable,which can timely find the quality defects of laying construction.Compared with the inspection after being put into operation,it has the advantages of high detection timeliness and low defect elimination cost.The engineering practice shows that the method is reliable and effective,and can provide strong quality control support for offshore wind power construction.
