摘要
近年来,极端天气发生频率呈上升趋势,变电站的安全运行遭遇洪水的严重威胁。以朝歌500 kV变电站为例,在站外防涝评估方面,采用MIKE 21水动力学模块建立研究区二维数学模型,得到变电站周边区域内的水文要素的时空变化过程,基于三维GIS技术实现二维MIKE数值模拟成果数据向GIS可视化空间时态数据转换的数据处理工作流。在站内洪涝监测方面,通过建立朝歌站定制内涝算法模型,并接入实时的降雨量数据,进行实时降雨强度、站内积水深度的监测和预警工作。最后基于BIM+GIS技术搭建变电站三维场景,进行系统平台的开发,实现变电站洪涝模拟成果的三维可视化。为运维管理人员的组织、安排、决策提供强有力的支撑。
In recent years,the frequency of extreme weather is on the rise,and the safe operation of the substation is seriously threatened by floods.Taking Chaoge 500 kV substation as an example,in the aspect of flood prevention assessment outside the substation,MIKE 21 hydrodynamic module is used to establish a two-dimensional mathematical model of the study area,and the spatial-temporal change process of hydrological elements in the surrounding area of the substation is obtained.Based on three-dimensional GIS technology,the data processing workflow of converting twodimensional MIKE numerical simulation results data to GIS visual spatial temporal data is realized.In terms of flood monitoring in the station,through establishing a customized waterlogging algorithm model of Chaoge Station and accessing real-time rainfall data,real-time rainfall intensity and water logging depth in the station can be monitored and forewarned.Finally,based on BIM+GIS technology,the three-dimensional scene of the substation is built,and the system platform is developed to realize the three-dimensional visualization of the substation flood simulation results.It provides strong support for the organization,arrangement and decision-making of operation and maintenance management personnel.
