目前,全球已达成共识:第二次工业革命以来,人类活动造成二氧化碳的过量排放,导致全球气候变暖、荒漠化加剧、生物多样性丧失、极端气候频发,人类正面临着生态环境问题的严峻挑战。我国作为世界上最大的发展中国家,为保护人类的共同家园,向世界作出庄严承诺,努力争取2030年前实现碳达峰,2060年前实现碳中和。我国将完成全球最高碳排放强度降幅,用全球历史上最短的时间实现从碳达峰到碳中和。

At present,the world has reached a consensus:since the Second Industrial Revolution,human activities have caused excessive emissions of carbon dioxide,leading to global warming,desertification,biodiversity loss,frequent extreme weather,and mankind is facing serious challenges of ecological environment problems.As the largest developing country in the world,China has made a solemn commitment to the world to protect the common home of humanity,striving to achieve carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060.China will achieve the highest global carbon emission intensity reduction and achieve carbon neutrality in the shortest time in global history.
