邵武市生态环境问题与治理技术分析

Analysis of Ecological Environment Problems and Governance Technology in Shaowu City

城市化发展需要与生态环境保护相结合。本文以邵武市为例,研究了该市的生态环境问题,并结合邵武市生态环境现状以及生态环境问题,提出了加快城区企业“退城进园”进度、完善工业园区集中供热、改造企业污染治理设施、增强环境执法监管能力、落实生态环境保护“一岗双责”等建议,以实现良好的环境治理。

Urbanization development needs to merge with ecological environmental protection.This paper takes Shaowu City as an example,studies its ecological environment problems,combines the ecological environment status and ecological environment problems of Shaowu City,puts forward suggestions such as accelerating the progress of urban enterprises“withdrawal from the city into the park”,improving the central heating in industrial parks,transforming the pollution control facilities of enterprises,enhancing the ability of environmental law enforcement and supervision,implementing the“one position and two responsibilities”of ecological environment protection,etc,in order to achieve good environmental governance.
