化工行业VOC废气治理措施分析

Analysis of VOC Waste Gas Treatment Measures in the ChemicalIndustry

为解决VOC废气治理问题,本文运用文献分析法、归纳总结法,对化工行业VOC废气的产生进行了分析,并分析了VOC废气治理技术,发现低温等离子处理技术、生物技术、微波催化氧化技术、冷凝技术、纳米材料净化技术、膜分离技术与膜基吸收净化技术、直接燃烧法以及活性炭纤维治理技术都是常用的技术手段。在此基础上,本文对VOC废气处理措施进行了分析,提出了制定VOC废气排放标准、提高化工行业准入和发展要求、研究新型治理技术以及捕获源头并按类别收集的措施,以供相关人员参考。

In order to solve the problem of VOC waste gas treatment,this paper analyzes the generation of VOC waste gas in the chemical industry by using literature analysis method and inductive summary method,analyzes VOC waste gas treatment technology,andfinds that low-temperature plasma treatment technology,biotechnology,microwave catalytic oxidation technology,condensation technology,nanomaterial purification technology,membrane separation technology and membrane-based absorption and purification technology,direct combustion method and activated carbonfiber treatment technology are all commonly used technical means.On this basis,the VOC waste gas treatment measures are analyzed,and the measures to formulate VOC waste gas emission standards,improve the access and development requirements of the chemical industry,study new treatment technologies,and capture the source and collect them by category are proposed in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
