以大数据、云计算、物联网、人工智能等为技术基础的社区智慧治理,为新时代新形势下的未来社区创造了更为广袤的发展和完善空间,也为提升社区治理效能绘就了一个充满活力的实践图景。文章以首届城市社区智慧治理十佳案例为研究对象,在应用扎根理论方法得出的169个概念基础上,确定了19个初始范畴,提取顶层设计、资源建设、应用场景、治理效能4个主范畴作为社区智慧治理的关键要素,最终通过构建社区智慧治理关键要素的理论分析框架,为“更聪明一些、更智慧一些”的未来社区治理实践图景提供参考依据。

The community smart governance based on technologies such as big data,cloud computing,Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,etc.,creates a broader space for development and improvement of future community in the new era and new situation,and also draws a vibrant picture for improving the effectiveness of community governance.The article takes the first top ten cases of community smart governance as the research object.Based on 169 concepts derived from the application of grounded theoretical methods,19 initial categories are determined,and top-level design,resource construction,application scenarios,and governance efficiency as the key elements of community smart governance are extracted.Finally,by constructing a theoretical analysis framework for the key elements of community smart governance,it provides a reference basis for the smarter future community governance.
