摘要
面对新形势下三维立体自然资源“一张图”建设要求,本文通过构建自然资源数据标准规范体系和空间大数据基础框架,整合新疆自然资源数据,基于高精度DEM数据,建成了新疆三维立体自然资源“一张图”,依托国土空间基础信息平台实现数据共享交换与联动更新,并探索了三维实景数据的管理,最终为“三大应用体系”提供直观、丰富、准确的信息支撑。
In the view of the requirements of "one map" construction of 3D natural resources under the new situation,this paper constructs the natural resources data standard system and spatial big data framework,integrates the natural resources data of Xinjiang,and based on high-accuracy DEM data,builds a "one map" of 3D natural resources in Xinjiang,relying on the land spatial basic information platform to realize data sharing,exchange and linkage updating.Finally,it provides intuitive,rich,accurate and information support for the "three application systems".
