摘要
以某市地铁五号线某盾构区间连续下穿多栋建筑物为例,通过理论数值三维模拟,结合持续的变形监测数据,分析总结了地铁隧道盾构施工对下(侧)穿建筑物的影响规律。结果表明:临近建筑物区域其纵向沉降值大于其他区域;盾构下穿施工对不同建筑物的影响程度取决于其荷载大小与基础形式;盾构下穿建筑物时增大注浆压力有利于抑制上部建筑物的变形;同时也提出了盾构下穿不同基础形式建(构)筑物的应对措施建议。
Taking a shield section of a metro line 5 in a city as an example,this paper analyzes and summarizes the influence of metro shield tunnel construction on adjacent buildings through theoretical numerical 3D simulation and continuous deformation monitoring data.The results show that the longitudinal settlement value of the adjacent building area is larger than that of other areas;the influence of shield tunneling on different buildings depends on both the load and the foundation form;the settlement deformation of the upper building can be controlled by increasing the grouting pressure when tunneling through the building;at the same time,corresponding measures and suggestions for shield tunneling through different foundation forms of buildings(structures) are also proposed.
