摘要
本文讨论了三唑类杀菌剂的作用机理、结构特点和开发现状,介绍了三唑类杀菌剂在中国和欧盟的登记管理现状,并对选取的7个典型品种(甲环唑、戊唑醇、氟环唑、丙环唑、粉唑醇、环丙唑醇、氯氟醚菌唑)对于人类健康和水环境的影响进行了综述。通过国内外的登记管理措施比较,以及这7种杀菌剂的安全性数据,归纳了三唑类杀菌剂的研发和安全评价中需要重点关注的评价指标,为我国三唑类农药的登记管理与再评价提供参考。
The mechanism of action,structure characteristics and development status of triazole fungicides were discussed,and the regulatory status of triazole fungicides in China,the European Union were introduced.In this paper,the effects of 7 typical fungicides difeconazole,tebuconazole,epoxiconazole,propiconazole,fenconazole,ciproconazole,cyproconazole on human health and biological impacts of the aquatic environment were reviewed.Through the comparison of registration management and the discussion of the safety data for typical fungicides,this paper indicated the highlights during research and safety evaluation,also make recommendations for further pesticide registration management and re-revaluation of triazole fungicides.
