环境检测分析中实验室质量控制措施探索与实践 被引量:3

摘要 环境检测是开展环境质量评价、行政执法、环境污染治理等相关工作的基础,随着我国对生态环境质量愈加重视,人民大众对生存环境要求不断提高,对环境检测数据的质量要求也越来越高。环境检测公正性、准确性、及时性的高标准与严要求,对环境检测实验室的能力建设及质量保证与质量控制工作开展提出了新的要求。该文详细阐述了环境检测工作的内容与数据特点,总结环境检测过程质量控制的影响因素,结合环境检测分析日常工作中的质量控制手段,就优化实验室质量控制措施进行探索与实践,提出相关建议:(1)建立完善的质量管理体系;(2)加强现场测试仪器的管理;(3)推广实验室信息管理系统的使用;(4)发挥人员监督作用。 Environmental detection and analysis are the basis of environmental quality assessment,administrative law enforcement,environmental pollution control and other related work.As our government pays more and more attention to ecological environmental quality,the public's requirements for living environment are increasing,and the quality requirements for environmental testing data are getting higher and higher.The high standards and strict requirements for the fairness,accuracy and timeliness of environmental testing have posed new challenges to the capacity building,quality assurance and quality control of environmental testing laboratories.This paper expounds the content and the data characteristics of environmental detection,summarizes the influence factors of environment test process quality control,environmental testing analysis means of quality control in the daily work,optimize the laboratory quality control measures to explore and practice,and puts forward related suggestions:(1)establish a perfect quality management system,(2)strengthen the management of field testing instruments,(3)promote the use of Lims system,and(4)give play to the supervisory role of personnel.
