基于无碱液体速凝剂碳足迹全生命周期的碳排放计算分析

摘要 为应对日趋严重的全球气候变暖问题,中国政府提出了“双碳”3060目标。隧道建设阶段排放的温室气体是土木领域碳排放的主要来源之一,研究隧道工程建设阶段的碳排放量,对节能减排工作开展具有重要意义。该文以杭温铁路HWZQ-3标段隧道36.187 km 7座喷射混凝土工程为例,通过帕累托分析方法,分析了隧道工程全生命碳排放总量,以无碱液体速凝剂研发为主线,从材料、机械和运输三个层面进行碳排放测算,并根据现场实际测算的回弹量结果,得出了碳排放强度的降低值。 In order to deal with the increasingly serious problem of global warming,the Chinese government has put forward the"double carbon"goal of 3060.Greenhouse gases emitted in tunnel construction stage are one of the main sources of carbon emissions in civil engineering field.It is of great significance to study carbon emissions in tunnel construction stage for energy conservation and emission reduction.This paper takes the HWZQ-3 subsection tunnel 36.187 km 7 shotconcrete projects of Hang-Wenzhou Railway as an example,analyzes the total life carbon emission of the tunnel project through the method of parareto analysis,takes the research and development of non-alkali liquid accelerator as the main line,calculates the carbon emission from three levels of material,machinery and transportation,and according to the actual calculated results of the spring back,the reduction value of carbon emission intensity is obtained.
