高水分米糠萃取工艺的研究

摘要 本试验在对比考察了不同溶剂在常压和亚临界状态下萃取效率的基础上,确定了正己烷为溶剂亚临界萃取高水分米糠的可行性,并通过优化获得了最佳工艺参数。结果表明:各因素对米糠粕中残油率影响大小依次为液固比>萃取时间>萃取温度;液固比(mL/g)为2.31∶1,萃取时间为34 min,萃取温度为75℃,萃取3次条件下米糠浸出粕中残油率为0.85%。 Due to the high moisture content of rice bran,it is necessary to dry and then extract the oil when extracting rice bran oil,which will not only increase energy consumption,but also adversely affect the quality of rice bran meal,so the development of high moisture rice bran direct extraction process has important application value.In this paper,on the basis of comparing and investigating the extraction efficiency of different solvents under atmospheric pressure and subcritical state,the feasibility of n-hexane as solvent for subcritical extraction of high-moisture rice bran was determined,and the best process parameters were obtained through optimization:the influence of each factor on the residual oil rate in rice bran meal was liquid-solid ratio extraction time extraction temperature.The liquid-solid ratio was 2.31∶1(mL/g),the extraction time was 34 min,the extraction temperature was 75 ℃,and the residual oil rate in rice bran meal was 0.85% under the condition of three extractions.
