摘要
针对高速棒材生产线轧后冷却能力不足和不均匀问题,进行水箱冷却水嘴选型,通过数值模拟研究强冷和弱冷工艺下螺纹钢在水箱中的表面温度变化以及温度场,满足了特殊钢种对轧后冷却速度要求,获得了需要的螺纹钢金相组织,螺纹钢性能大幅提升,消除了螺纹钢上冷床弯钢问题。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient and non-uniform cooling capacity after rolling in high-speed bar production line,the selection of cooling water nozle in water tank was carried out,and the surface tem-perature change and temperature field of rebar in water tank under strong and weak cooling process were studied by numerical simulation,the required microstructure of the rebar is obtained,and the properties of the rebar are greatly improved,and the problem of cold bed bending of the rebar is eliminated.
