摘要
大功率舰船整流电源满功率工作时出现了非正常停机现象,CE102传导发射及RE102辐射发射测试项目超标,装载系统后,会对整个电力系统至控制系统带来多方传导干扰,综合分析发现,大功率整流电源内部开关器件开关频率及其倍频的电磁干扰、柜体屏蔽性能欠佳是超标的主要原因。通过在整流电源的输入、输出端进行针对性的EMI滤波和屏蔽设计,有效解决了大功率整流电源的电磁兼容问题。
When the marine high-power rectifier power supply is operating at full power,abnormal shutdown occurs,the test items of CE102 and RE102 failed to meet the standard and thus brought multi-layer conducting interference to the whole power system and control system.Though comprehensive analysis,it's found that the switching frequency and double-frequency electromagnetic interference of the switching device of the rectifier,combined with the poor shielding performance of the cabinet,were the main reasons of exceeding the standard.The electromagnetic compatibility problem of the high power rectifier was effectively solved through the targeted EMI filtering and shielding design at the input and output end of the rectifier power supply.
