一种基于电容电压排序的MMC均压策略

摘要 子模块电容电压平衡问题是模块化多电平变换器(MMC)控制中的重难点,也是影响MMC输出特性的重要因素之一。本文分析了一种基于电容电压排序的子模块均压策略,其根据各子模块电容电压值和桥臂电流流向,给各子模块分配相应脉冲信号以实现均压控制。通过在Matlab/Simulink平台上的仿真分析,验证了此均压策略的正确性及有效性。 The capacitor voltage balance problem of sub module is not only the key and difficult point in modular multilevel converter(MMC)control,but also one of the essential factors affecting the output characteristics of MMC.In this paper a voltage balancing scheme of sub modules based on capacitor voltage sequencing is proposed,through which the corresponding pulse signal is distributed to each sub module to achieve voltage sharing control based on the capacitor voltage value of each sub module and the current flow direction of the bridge arm.Consequently,the correctness and effectiveness of this voltage balancing scheme are verified by simulation analysis on MATLAB/Simulink platform.
