新教师在岗现状及培养路径探究 被引量:1

摘要 教师强则国家强,新教师专业发展受到世界各国的重视。通过对义务教育段管理人员和新教师的调研发现:相较非师范生,义务教育段管理层更倾向认可师范生新教师;但他们普遍都认为现在的新教师基本功还不太扎实,在粉笔字、才艺、教学能力和班级管理能力等方面有待提高。国家应加强立法和政策引导,确保新教师具备教育教学基本的专业知识与能力;大学应高度重视教师专业发展学校的作用,确保新教师专业发展的成效;中小学应为新教师提供有力的专业发展支持,提高新教师专业发展的质量;新教师应乐教善学,为成为合格教师乃至优秀教师打下扎实专业基础。 A strong teacher makes a strong nation,and the professional development of new teachers is valued by countries around the world.A study of compulsory education section managers and new teachers found that:the compulsory education section governors tends to approve new teacher-trained teachers more than non-teacher-trained teachers;however,they generally agree that new teachers nowadays have poor basic skills,and need to improve in chalking,talent,teaching ability and classroom management ability.Therefore,our country should strengthen legislation and policy guidance to ensure that new teachers have the basic professional knowledge and competence in education and teaching;universities should attach great importance to the role of teacher professional development schools to ensure the effectiveness of new teachers’professional development;primary and secondary schools should provide strong professional development support for new teachers to improve the quality of their professional development;and new teachers should enjoy teaching and learn well,so as to build a solid professional foundation for becoming qualified and excellent teachers.
