基于数据挖掘探讨张立晶教授治疗PCI术后病人的用药规律

Based on the Data Mining Analysis of Professor Zhang Lijing′s Medication Rule in the Treatment of Patients after PCI

目的:基于数据挖掘探讨张立晶教授治疗经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后的处方用药特点和配伍规律。方法:收集2021年5月1日—2022年3月1日北京中医药大学东直门医院张立晶教授门诊诊治的PCI术后病人的资料,筛选后提取方药信息,录入Microsoft Excel 2016,统计中药的性味归经应用频次,采用SPSS 24.0、SPSS Modeler 18.0软件统计高频药物,并对其进行关联规则及聚类分析。结果:共纳入方剂129首,涉及中药168味,药性以平、温、寒为主;药味以甘、苦、辛为主;归经以入肺经、脾经、胃经、肝经、心经、肾经的药物为主;关联性较强的药物组合为麦冬-石斛-牛膝-黄芪,太子参-枳实-牛膝,麦冬-石斛-太子参;基于聚类分析形成了5个药物组合。结论:张立晶教授治疗PCI术后病人以补虚泻实、平调阴阳为治则,以“益气养阴活血”为治疗大法,核心药物为黄芪、麦冬、太子参、牛膝。

Objective:To explore the compatibility rules of Professor Zhang Lijing for patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)based on data mining.Methods:Data of PCI patients treated by Professor Zhang Lijing were collected.The recipe information was extracted and entered into Microsoft Excel 2016 to calculate the frequency of application of TCM.SPSS 24.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used to calculate the high frequency drugs,and the association rules and cluster analysis were carried out.Results:A total of 129 prescriptions were included,involving 168 traditional Chinese medicines.The medicinal properties were flat,warm and,cold.The medicinal flavors were sweet,bitter and acrid.The meridians entered the lung,spleen,stomach,liver,heart,and kidney meridians.Based on cluster anahsis,there were five close drug combination:Ophiopogon japonicus-Dendrobium-Achyranthes-Astragalus,Taizishen-Citrus-Achyranthes,Ophiopogon japonicus-Dendrobium-Taizishen.Conclusion:Professor Zhang Lijing treats patients after PCI with the principles of invigorating deficiency and reducing excess,pacifying Yin and Yang,and taking"replenishing Qi,nourishing Yin and activating blood".The core drugs are Astragalus,Ophiopogon japonicus,Taizishen,and Achyranthes.
