关键反应训练结合大肌肉运动技能学习在学龄期孤独症谱系障碍儿童中的应用效果

Application Effects of Key Response Training Combined with Muscular Movement Skill Learning in School-Age Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders

摘要 目的评价关键反应训练结合大肌肉运动技能学习在学龄期孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童中的应用效果。方法选择2019年7月至2021年11月就诊于医院的98例ASD患儿,按随机数字表法分组。对照组(49例)在常规训练基础上接受关键反应训练,研究组(49例)在对照组基础上结合大肌肉运动技能学习,均训练8周。对比两组训练前后中文版心理教育量表(C-PEP)、孤独症行为量表(ABC)、孤独症治疗评价量表(ATEC)、大肌肉动作发展测试第3版(TGMD-3)、基本运动技能评估量表评分变化,并统计家长满意度。结果研究组训练后C-PEP量表评分比对照组高,ABC、ATEC量表评分比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组训练后TGMD-3量表中水平位移类运动技能、物体控制类运动技能与总分均比对照组高(P<0.05),基本运动技能评估量表中基本运动技能、手指灵活性、身体平衡性、物体控制性评分均比对照组高(P<0.05);研究组家长总满意度(95.92%)比对照组(83.67%)高(P<0.05)。结论关键反应训练结合大肌肉运动技能学习可提高ASD患儿社交、语言功能,提升发育水平,改善基本运动技能与大肌肉运动技能,且患儿家长满意度高。 Objective To evaluate the application effects of key response training combined with muscular movement skill learning in school-age children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods A total of 98 cases of ASD children who visited the hospital from July 2019 to November 2021 were selected and grouped according to the random number table method.The control group(49 cases)received critical response training on the basis of routine training,while the research group(49 cases)received muscular movement skill learning on the basis of the control group,all of which received training for 8 weeks.The changes in scores of Chinese version of psycho-educational profile(C-PEP),autism behavior checklist(ABC),autism treatment evaluation checklist(ATEC),the test of gross motor development-third edition(TGMD-3)and basic motor skills assessment scale before and after training were compared between the two groups,and parents’satisfaction was counted.Results After training,the score of C-PEP scale in the research group was higher than that of the control group,while the scores of ABC and ATEC scales were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After training,the horizontal displacement motor skill,object control motor skill and total score in TGMD-3 scale in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of basic motor skills,finger flexibility,body balance and object control in the basic motor skills assessment scale were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of parents in the research group(95.92%)was higher than that in the control group(83.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Key reaction training combined with muscular movement skill learning can improve social and language functions of children with ASD,enhance development level,improve basic motor skills and major muscle motor skills,and parents’satisfaction is high.
