瓷砖背胶在不同环境下的粘接强度研究

摘要 探讨了乳液型、干粉型和双组分等三类瓷砖背胶在常温、浸水、高温、冻融等不同环境条件下,以及上述瓷砖背胶对水泥砂浆和瓷砖胶、玻化砖和陶瓷砖的粘接性能的差异。实验结果表明:瓷砖背胶对水泥砂浆、瓷砖胶都有一定的增强效果,而且双组分瓷砖背胶在浸水、冻融和热老化都能比其他2类背胶产品保持更好的粘接强度,与瓷砖胶搭配使用时整体粘接强度更强。另外,随着瓷砖吸水率的增大,不同的瓷砖粘接材料对瓷砖的粘接强度均呈现上升趋势,吸水率越低的瓷砖对瓷砖粘接材料的要求就越高。 The adhesive properties of three kinds of ceramic tile back adhesives(emulsion type,dry powder type and two-component type)on cement mortar and ceramic tile adhesive,vitrified tile and ceramic tile were studied under different environmental conditions such as normal temperature,immersion,high temperature and freeze-thaw.The results show that the ceramic tile back glue has a certain enhancement effect on cement mortar and ceramic tile glue,and the two-component ceramic tile back glue can maintain better adhesive strength than the other two types of back glue products in immersion,freeze-thaw and thermal aging,and the overall adhesive strength is stronger when used with the ceramic tile glue.Additionally,with the increase of water absorption rate of ceramic tile,the bonding strength of adhesive material of different ceramic tile all presents rising trend.The lower the water absorption of ceramic tile,the higher the requirement of ceramic tile adhesive material.
