基于ICP-MS的包装用水基胶粘剂残留检测

摘要 针对包装用水基型胶粘剂中硼酸残留检测难的问题,提出基于ICP-MS法对包装水基胶内硼酸含量进行检测,并对其检测精密度进行检测。试验结果表明,选择旋涡萃取为前处理方法,在萃取液硝酸体积分数为15%,萃取时间为20 min的条件下,在0~200μg/L,标准曲线相关系数R^(2)超过0.99,表现出良好的相关性能。方法检出限和定量限分别为0.0094 mg/kg和0.031 mg/kg;经过多次平行测试后,样品的测试结果相对标准偏差(RSD)均未超过3%;方法回收率范围为97.0%~102.5%,表现出良好的精准度和回收率,对实际样品进行检测,几种包装用水基胶内硼酸含量约为0.81~1.35 mg/kg,符合GB 9685规定的最大迁移限量6 mg/kg要求。 To solve the problem of difficult detection of boric acid residues in water-based adhesives for packaging,a method based on ICP-MS is proposed to detect the content of boric acid in water-based adhesives for packaging,and to detect its detection accuracy.The experimental results showed that vortex extraction was selected as the pretreatment method.Under the conditions of 15%nitric acid volume fraction in the extraction liquid and 20 min extraction time,in the range of 0~200μg/L,the correlation coefficient r^(2)of the standard curve exceeded 0.99,showing good correlation performance.The detection limit and quantitative limit of the method were 0.0094 mg/kg and 0.031 mg/kg,respectively;After multiple parallel tests,the relative standard deviation(RSD)of the test results of the samples did not exceed 3%;The recovery rate of the method ranged from 97.0%to 102.5%,demonstrating good accuracy and recovery.When tested on actual samples,the content of boric acid in several water-based adhesives for packaging was about 0.81 to 1.35mg/kg,meeting the maximum migration limit of 6 mg/kg specified in GB 9685.
