新型水胶体敷料吸液与持粘性影响分析及儿童临床应用护理比较

Influence analysis of the liquid absorption performance and holding viscosity of a new hydrocolloid dressing and comparison of its clinical nursing for children

研究在制备新型水胶体敷料的基础上,分析了制备的水胶体敷料的吸液性能、持粘性和实际应用效果。制备的水胶体敷料表现出良好的吸液性能,且在不同比例下持粘性均为0 mm;实验组给予新型敷料(水胶体敷料),对照组予以50%硫酸镁敷料,对比2组干预效果、换药次数、肿胀消退与皮损修复情况,记录其疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及家属满意度。结果表明:实验组干预有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组换药次数少于对照组(P<0.001),实验组6 h肿胀消退率、5 d皮损修复率均高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组第3、5 d VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组家属对护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);表明在临床中具有应用前景。

On the basis of preparing a new type of hydrocolloid dressing,this study analyzed the liquid absorptionperformance,holding viscosity,and practical application effect of the prepared hydrocolloid dressing.The results indicate that the hydrocolloid dressing prepared in this study exhibits good liquid absorption performance and holds a viscosity of 0mm at different ratios.The experimental group received comprehensive care with a new type of dressing(hydrocolloid dressing),while the control group received comprehensive care with a 50%magnesium sulfate dressing.The intervention effects,dressing changes,swelling resolution,and skin repair of the two groups were compared,and their pain visual analogue score(VAS)and family satisfaction were recorded.The results show that the intervention effectiveness rate of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the number of dressing changes in the experimental group is less than that of the control group(P<0.001).The 6-hour swelling resolution rate and 5-day skin lesion repair rate of the experimental group are higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the experimental group on the 3rd and 5th day is lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the experimental group's family members with nursing is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).It indicates its potential for clinical application.
