医用胶粘合修补技术在硬脑膜修复中的应用及术后护理

Application and postoperative nursing of medical glue adhensive repair technology in craniotomydural repairment

基于硬脑膜修补治疗与护理的选择,在改性TCS-BDS复合材料基本性能基础上,进行试验对比分析胶合粘补丁修复法在开颅手术硬脑膜修补中的应用。结果表明:在60例开颅手术硬脑膜修补患者的分组治疗中,使用医用胶的观察组在临床疗效总有效率为98.33%,高于行常规硬脑膜缝合修补法的对照组86.15%(P<0.05);脑膜修补所用时间、术中出血量均低于对照组(P<0.05);术后并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组18.46%(P<0.05);生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);满意度为81.67%,高于对照组58.46%(P<0.05)。

In order to obtain the best treatment and nursing choice for the dural repair in craniotomy,based on the basic properties of modified TSC-BDS composit,the application effect of medical adhesive patch repair in craniotomy was compared and analyzed by experiments.In the group treatment of 60 patients with craniotomy dural repair,the total effective rate of the observation group using medical glue was 98.33%,which was higher than that of the control group receiving conventional dural suture repair 86.15%(P<0.05).The meningeal repair time and intraoperative blood loss were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 5.00%,lower than that of control group(18.46%)(P<0.05).The life quality score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate was 81.67%,which was higher than that of control group(58.46%)(P<0.05).
