摘要
研究针对单相变压器内部结构进行仿真建模、并对该数据信息进行识别和抑制,在变压器内磁通比变化和合闸时动态过程,建立单相变压器仿真模型,设计出变压器励磁涌流抑制系统。通过使用TMS320F2812主控制器,采样模块中应用TV31B02电压互感器和TA21A11电流互感器,将变压器电流、电压转换为合适的信号。结果表明:励磁涌流识别方法的识别误差最小;使用抑制系统后产生的励磁涌流的最大值为15.2A,仅为额定电流的2倍。
This research applies simulation modeling based on the internal structure of the single-phase transformer,identifies and inhibits the data,analyzes the change of the magnetic flux ratio in the transformer and the dynamic process during closing,establishes a single-phase transformer simulation model,designs a transformer magnetizing inrush current suppression system.By using TMS320F2812 main controller,TV31B02 voltage transfermer and TA21A11 current transfermer in sampling module,the transfermer current and voltage were transfered into optimal signals.Experiments showed that the identification error of the magnetizing inrush current identification method in this study was the smallest,and the maximum value of the magnetizing inrush current generated after using the suppression system was 15.2A,which was only twice the rated current.
