摘要
针对长城三号煤矿1902S工作面厚层坚硬顶板引发的矿压剧烈、顶板悬露面积大等难题,采用数值模拟分析了爆破切顶的弱化效果,巷道围岩变形、应力,特别是工作面超前的高应力区及大变形区都有显著减小,确定了合理的爆破切顶方案参数与爆破工艺。采用爆破切顶后,整体矿压显现特征缓和,围岩控制效果较好,能够保证安全生产。
In view of the difficult problems of the severe mine pressure and large overhanging area of the roof caused by the thick seam and hard roof in the 1902S working face of the Changcheng No.3 Coal Mine,numerical simulation is used to analyze the weakening effect of blasting roof cutting.The deformation and stress of the roadway surrounding rock,especially in the advanced high stress area and large deformation area of the working face,are significantly reduced.A reasonable blasting roof cutting scheme parameter and blasting process are determined.After using blasting to cut the roof,the overall mine pressure characteristics are relaxed,and the surrounding rock control effect is good,which can ensure safe production.
