Grouting Reinforcement Technology for the Excavation Working Face Passing Through theEmpty Roadway Collapsed Area in Hufeng Coal Mine

摘要 虎峰煤矿2-1041巷掘进过空巷时,围岩破碎松散、难以支护,通过超前探查孔得出空巷区域的垮落高度在8~13 m之间,影响范围达到了110 m。基于此,设计了注浆加固的钻孔布置、钻孔施工、注浆材料等,设计了工字钢及钢钎相结合的围岩支护方案以提升注浆加固的效果。现场应用结果表明:巷道掘进过空巷期间顶底板最大移进量为158 mm,两帮最大移进量为90 mm,巷道稳定性较好,保证了安全高效生产。 When the 2-1041 roadway excavating and passing through the empty roadway of Hufeng Coal Mine,the surrounding rock is broken and loose,making it difficult to support.Through advanced exploration holes,the collapse height of the empty roadway area is found to be between 8-13 m,with an impact range of 110 m.Based on this,the drilling arrangement,drilling construction,grouting materials,and so on for grouting reinforcement are designed,and a surrounding rock support scheme combining I-shaped steel and steel chisel is designed to improve the effectiveness of grouting reinforcement.The on-site application results show that the maximum displacement amount of the roof and floor during the excavation period of the roadway passing through the empty roadway is 158 mm,and the maximum displacement amount of the two sides is 90 mm.The stability of the roadway is good,ensuring safe and efficient production.
