特厚煤层综放面强采动巷道围岩控制技术研究

摘要 庞庞塔矿9#煤层回采巷道表现出显著的强采动影响特征,为探究更为有效的支护方案,以9-301运输顺槽为背景,综合运用矿压监测、实地调研、数值模拟等手段,研究一次、二次采动影响下巷道矿压特征,设计锚网索支护及急增阻抗高偏载强力支柱超前支护方案。矿压监测结果表明,顶板最大下沉量334 mm,两帮最大移近量215 mm,满足工作面正常生产的断面需求。 The mining roadway of the 9#coal seam in Pangpangta Mine exhibits significant strong mining impact characteristics.In order to explore more effective support schemes,with the 9-301 transportation channel as the background,comprehensive use of mining pressure monitoring,field research,numerical simulation and other means is used to study the mine pressure characteristics of the roadway under the influence of primary and secondary mining,and design anchor mesh cable support and advanced support schemes with rapidly increasing impedance and high eccentric load strong pillars.The monitoring results of the mine pressure indicate that the maximum subsidence amount of the roof is 334 mm,and the maximum displacement amount of the two sides is 215 mm,which meets the cross-sectional requirements for normal production of the working face.
