摘要
针对金能煤业软弱围岩下巷道顶板支护困难的问题,采取现场调研、测试和数值模拟相结合的方法对巷道围岩稳定性进行研究,确定出合理的锚杆托板尺寸为250 mm×250 mm×10 mm,锚杆尾端采用细牙螺纹,预紧扭矩不低于400 N·m,设计了巷道支护方式。现场应用结果表明,巷道围岩整体变形量较小,且顶板整体较完整,应用效果显著。
Aiming at the difficulty in supporting the roof of roadway under weak surrounding rock in Jinneng Coal Industry,a combination method of on-site research,testing,and numerical simulation is adopted to study the stability of the roadway surrounding rock,and a reasonable anchor rod support plate size of 250 mm×250 mm×10 mm is determined,the end of the anchor rod adopts fine thread,the pre tightening torque is not less than 400 N·m,and the roadway support method is designed.The on-site application results show that the overall deformation amount of the roadway surrounding rock is relatively small,and the overall roof is relatively complete,indicating significant application effects.
