腾晖煤业托顶煤开拓大巷支护方案研究

摘要 为解决腾晖煤业开拓大巷托顶煤体松软极易产生大变形破坏问题,以2^(#)煤层二采区集中材料大巷为例,实验室试验测定顶底板岩层物理力学参数,采用FLAC^(3D)软件模拟分析支护参数对围岩控制效果的影响,采用工程类比法设计集中材料大巷具体支护方案。工程应用阶段矿压监测表明,巷道围岩稳定,锚杆、锚索载荷能力存在富余,能够保障其长期稳定。 In order to solve the problem of loose and prone to large deformation and damage in the supporting top coal body of the development main roadway in Tenghui Coal Industry,taking the concentrated material main roadway in the second mining area of the 2^(#)coal seam as an example,laboratory experiments are conducted to determine the physical and mechanical parameters of the top and bottom rock layers.FLAC^(3D) software is used to simulate and analyze the impact of support parameters on the control effect of surrounding rock,and engineering analogy method is used to design a specific support scheme for the concentrated material main roadway.The mine pressure monitoring during the engineering application stage shows that the surrounding rock of the roadway is stable,and there is surplus load capacity for anchor rods and anchor cables,which can ensure its long-term stability.
