摘要
为解决塔山煤矿四盘区轨道大巷围岩变形破坏影响其正常使用的问题,通过现场测量、钻孔窥视、声波探测等方法,研究原有支护条件下围岩破坏特征,轨道大巷围岩表现为典型的蠕变破坏及大松动圈特性,设计采用分时分段双壳注浆加固技术进行返修。返修后巷道顶底板及两帮移近量绝对值保持在9 cm以下,围岩完整性、强度显著提高,松动圈破坏范围显著减小,支护效果良好,能够满足矿井生产的要求。
In order to solve the problem of deformation and damage of the track main roadway surrounding rock in the four panel area of Tashan Coal Mine,which affects its normal use,on-site measurement,drilling observation,acoustic detection and other methods are used to study the characteristics of the surrounding rock damage under the original support conditions.The track main roadway surrounding rock shows typical creep damage and large loosening zone characteristics,and the design adopted the time-sharing and segmented double shell grouting reinforcement technology for repair.After repair,the absolute value of the displacement amount of the roof,floor,and two sides of the roadway remains below 9 cm.The integrity and strength of the surrounding rock are significantly improved,and the damage range of the loose zone is significantly reduced.The support effect is good,which can meet the requirements of mine production.
