摘要
针对部分工作面顺槽夹矸及顶煤厚度大、巷道围岩强度低、易离层、巷道顶板下沉量大等问题,提出采用中空注浆锚索注浆改性的补强支护技术提高巷道稳定性。在常规锚网索支护的基础上,根据浆液在顶板夹矸及顶煤中的扩散半径,优化中空注浆锚索间排距,注浆改性改善顶板围岩力学性能。现场试验效果表明,与常规支护比,采用高强度注浆锚索补强支护技术改善了泥岩夹矸复合顶板稳定性。
In view of the problems of channel gangue in some working faces and large thickness of the top coal,low strength of the roadway surrounding rock,easy separation of layers,and large subsidence amount of the roadway roof,it is proposed to use hollow grouting anchor cable grouting modified reinforcement support technology to improve roadway stability.On the basis of conventional anchor mesh cable support,the spacing between hollow grouting anchor cables is optimized according to the diffusion radius of the slurry in the roof gangue and the top coal,the mechanical properties of the roof surrounding rock are improved through grouting modification.The on-site test results show that compared to conventional support,the use of high strength grouting anchor cable reinforcement support technology improves the stability of the mudstone and gangue composite roof.
