摘要
为了保证15104工作面快速通过断层区,防止断层区顶板冒漏范围扩大,分析了工作面过断层期间架前冒漏机理,并对架前冒漏区提出“注浆加固+人工勾顶+超前管棚”联合支护。联合支护后,控制了冒漏现象,支架在断层区初撑力及工作阻力提高至95%以上,工作面过断层推进速度提高至4.9 m/d,取得了显著应用成效。
In order to ensure that the 15104 working face passes through the fault area quickly and prevent the expansion of the roof leakage range in the fault area,the mechanism of pre frame leakage during the passage of the working face through the fault is analyzed.A combined support of"grouting reinforcement+artificial hook top+advance pipe shed"is proposed for the pre frame leakage area.After the combined support,the leakage phenomenon is controlled,and the initial support force and working resistance of the support in the fault area are increased to over 95%.The advancing speed of the working face passing through the fault is increased to 4.9 m/d,significant application results are achieved.
