摘要 随着工作面推采,受顶板来压影响,漏风裂隙发育,采空区内出现自然发火预兆。为防治大面积采空区遗煤自燃,采用压注凝胶分段隔离的方式,将大面积采空区隔离成小网格,对隔离煤柱采取了灌注水泥浆加固堵漏、喷涂高分子材料,对隔离后的网格采取注氮措施,取得良好效果,6309采空区气体化验各指标参数正常,为工作面的高产高效生产提供了保障。 As the working face is pushed forward,due to the influence of roof pressure,air leakage fissures are developed,and there are signs of spontaneous combustion in the goaf.In order to prevent the large area spontaneous combustion of coal left in the goaf,pressure injection gel segmented isolation method is used to isolate the large area goaf into small grids.For the isolated coal pillars,grouting cement slurry is used to strengthen and plug the leakage,spraying polymer materials,and nitrogen injection measures are taken for the isolated grids,achieving good results,each of the gas testing parameters of the 6309 goaf are normal,providing a guarantee for the high yield and efficiency production of the working face.
