孤岛工作面复杂应力条件下瓦斯抽放钻孔工艺研究

摘要 针对王坡煤矿孤岛工作面瓦斯抽采钻孔成孔难的问题,通过理论分析、数值模拟和现场监测相结合的方法,对孤岛工作面煤岩体内部应力分布规律和变形破坏特征进行研究,同时结合钻机、钻具的升级改造,优化了复杂应力条件下碎软、高瓦斯煤层钻孔施工工艺技术体系,并通过试验验证螺旋钻杆强力回转扫孔并配氮气排渣更适用于复杂应力碎软煤层中瓦斯抽放孔施工。 In view of the problem of difficulty in drilling holes and holes formation for gas drainage in the isolated island working face of Wangpo Coal Mine,a combination of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and on-site monitoring is used to study the internal stress distribution law and deformation and damage characteristics of the coal and rock mass in the isolated island working face.At the same time,combined with the upgrading and transformation of drilling rigs and drilling tools,the construction process and technology system for drilling in fragmented soft and high gas coal seams under complex stress conditions is optimized,and through experiments,it is verified that the spiral drill pipe with strong rotary hole sweeping and nitrogen slag removal is more suitable for the construction of gas drainage holes in complex stress fragmented soft coal seams.
