妇科恶性肿瘤腹腔热灌注化疗的研究进展

Research progress of hyperthermic intraperitoneal peroperative chemotherapy in gynecological malignant tumors

妇科恶性肿瘤治疗后复发与腹腔内残留微病灶关系密切,腹腔热灌注化疗(HIPEC)将化疗药物与灌注液混合,将灌注液以恒定的温度循环灌注充盈腹腔并维持,从而起到预防、治疗肿瘤腹膜种植转移的作用。本文主要就HIPEC在妇科恶性肿瘤的研究进展作一综述。
