米索前列醇在绝经妇女取环术中的应用效果

Application effect of Misoprostol in menopausal women with removal of intrauterine device

目的探讨米索前列醇在绝经妇女取环术中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月于邹城市太平镇卫生院计划生育科就诊的70例绝经妇女,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组各35例。对照组术前给予戊酸雌二醇,观察组术前给予米索前列醇,比较两组宫颈软化情况及取环效果。结果观察组宫颈总软化率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组取环总成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米索前列醇在绝经妇女取环术中的应用效果较好,可促进宫颈软化,提高取环成功率。

Objective To investigate the application effect of Misoprostol in menopausal women with removal of intrauterine device.Methods A total of 70 menopausal women who were treated in the Department of Family Planning,Taiping Town Health Center in Zoucheng City from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given Estradiol Valerate before operation,and the observation group was given Misoprostol before operation.The cervical softening and the effect of ring removal were compared between the two groups.Results The total cervical softening rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The total success rate of ring removal in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Misoprostol is effective in the application of removal of intrauterine device in postmenopausal women,which can promote cervical softening and improve the success rate of ring removal.
